On the third floor, I have a patient who is an elderly woman whose name is Aubre and is from USA. I especially enjoy her company.
Because her daughter-in-law had so many requirements for us, we worked extra diligently to make sure everything was taken care of, as our staff always tries to have empathy for the patients and their family members who travel so far from home to come here for treatment. The needs of both the patient and their family members are of the utmost importance to us. It was nice to see, a few days later, that Aubre's daughter-in-law felt at ease because all of her concerns for Aubre had been taken care of. The hospital's aim is to treat patients and their family members as if they are a part of our own family.
